核心边界 / Core boundary: 运营方不要求创建账号，不索取或保存助记词、私钥、密码，也不建立自定义钱包连接或领取事件数据库。The operator does not request accounts, seed phrases, private keys, or passwords and does not maintain a custom wallet-connection or claim-event database.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting for usage metrics.

钱包与只读链上请求 / Wallet and read-only RPC

连接钱包 / Connect wallet

点击连接后，浏览器会调用你选择的钱包扩展。钱包会决定显示哪些账户和权限提示。本站前端在当前浏览器会话中使用连接地址检查网络、领取资格、Base ETH 和 NIULAI 余额。

After you connect, the browser calls your selected wallet extension. The wallet controls its account and permission prompts. The front end uses the connected address in the current browser session to check network, eligibility, Base ETH, and NIULAI balance.

公开 RPC / Public RPC

只读链上检查会向 https://mainnet.base.org 发送合约调用；涉及具体地址的资格或余额检查会把该公开钱包地址包含在 RPC 请求中。RPC 服务提供方和钱包扩展按各自政策处理请求。

Read-only checks call https://mainnet.base.org. Eligibility or balance checks for a specific address include that public wallet address in the RPC request. The RPC provider and wallet extension process requests under their own policies.

PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN

领取交易是公开记录 / Claims are public records

只有用户主动点击领取并在钱包中确认后，才会提交 Base 主网交易。交易发送地址、合约、时间、Gas 和结果会永久公开，可被区块浏览器及其他链上服务读取。Only after a user clicks claim and confirms in the wallet is a Base Mainnet transaction submitted. The sender, contract, time, gas, and result become public blockchain data.
  • 正常领取不需要把代币发送给个人地址。A normal claim does not require sending tokens to a personal address.
  • 正常领取不需要代币授权或任意消息签名。A normal claim needs no token approval or arbitrary message signature.
  • 领取者自行支付 Base 网络 Gas；NIULAI 不承诺价格、收益或流动性。Claimants pay Base gas; NIULAI makes no price, yield, or liquidity promise.
