本页说明 NIULAI 领取站点在浏览、连接钱包和提交链上交易时涉及的数据。This page explains the data boundaries for browsing, wallet connection, and onchain claims.

核心边界 / Core boundary: 运营方不要求创建账号，不索取或保存助记词、私钥、密码，也不建立钱包级用户档案。The operator does not request accounts, seed phrases, private keys, or passwords and does not build wallet-level user profiles.

站点使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 读取聚合访问量和页面性能。Cloudflare 公开说明该产品不收集或使用访客个人数据，且不使用 Cookie、localStorage 或个人指纹来收集使用指标。

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting for usage metrics.

匿名阶段计数 / Anonymous stage counters

本站使用 Cloudflare Analytics Engine 记录领取漏斗的聚合阶段计数，例如页面就绪、点击连接、连接成功、资格检查、领取提交与确认。它只保存事件名、语言和经过固定白名单归类的来源；不保存钱包地址、IP、User-Agent、Referrer、错误文本、Cookie 或设备标识。未知 UTM 值统一归为 other，不会原样保存。

The site uses Cloudflare Analytics Engine for aggregate claim-funnel stage counts such as page ready, connect click, successful connection, eligibility, claim submission, and confirmation. It stores only the event name, language, and source categories selected from fixed allowlists; it does not store wallet addresses, IP addresses, User-Agent, Referrer, error text, cookies, or device identifiers. Unknown UTM values are stored only as other, never verbatim.

这些计数不代表独立人数，可能受重复操作、机器人或恶意请求影响；最终成功领取以 Base 链上记录为准。数据集按 Cloudflare 当前官方限制保留三个月。These counts are not unique people and may be affected by retries, bots, or hostile requests; successful claims remain authoritative only on Base. Cloudflare's current documented retention for this dataset is three months.

WALLET & RPC

钱包与只读链上请求 / Wallet and read-only RPC

连接钱包 / Connect wallet

点击连接后，浏览器会调用你选择的钱包扩展。钱包会决定显示哪些账户和权限提示。本站前端在当前浏览器会话中使用连接地址检查网络、领取资格、Base ETH 和 NIULAI 余额。

After you connect, the browser calls your selected wallet extension. The wallet controls its account and permission prompts. The front end uses the connected address in the current browser session to check network, eligibility, Base ETH, and NIULAI balance.

公开 RPC / Public RPC

只读链上检查会向 https://mainnet.base.org 发送合约调用；涉及具体地址的资格或余额检查会把该公开钱包地址包含在 RPC 请求中。RPC 服务提供方和钱包扩展按各自政策处理请求。

Read-only checks call https://mainnet.base.org. Eligibility or balance checks for a specific address include that public wallet address in the RPC request. The RPC provider and wallet extension process requests under their own policies.

PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN

领取交易是公开记录 / Claims are public records

只有用户主动点击领取并在钱包中确认后，才会提交 Base 主网交易。交易发送地址、合约、时间、Gas 和结果会永久公开，可被区块浏览器及其他链上服务读取。Only after a user clicks claim and confirms in the wallet is a Base Mainnet transaction submitted. The sender, contract, time, gas, and result become public blockchain data.
  • 正常领取不需要把代币发送给个人地址。A normal claim does not require sending tokens to a personal address.
  • 正常领取不需要代币授权或任意消息签名。A normal claim needs no token approval or arbitrary message signature.
  • 领取者自行支付 Base 网络 Gas；NIULAI 不承诺价格、收益或流动性。Claimants pay Base gas; NIULAI makes no price, yield, or liquidity promise.
