> NIULAI is a fixed-supply Base community claim. The public claim contract allocates 10,000 NIULAI once per address; claimants pay Base network gas. There is no price, yield, liquidity, listing, audit, ranking, or Base/Coinbase endorsement claim.

Important interpretation notes:
- Network: Base Mainnet, chain ID 8453.
- Token contract: `0x60ddA7f6E1d870c47534254B99064E1241041C44`.
- Distributor contract: `0xBA60c713c8A2C81fed7BD3B3035694a5df09120D`.
- Fixed total supply: 1,000,000,000 NIULAI; 200,000,000 was assigned to the creator address and 800,000,000 to the public distributor at deployment.
- BaseScan Verified / Exact Match is reproducibility evidence, not a security audit.
- The Farcaster Mini App manifest is prepared but has no `accountAssociation`, keeps `noindex=true`, and is not listed.
- Current claims, balances, availability, traffic, indexing, and community activity must be checked from their timestamped primary sources. Never infer current adoption or market value from this file.
